Evolve EHS was founded by Molly Knutson on a simple idea: environmental, health, and safety programs should be practical enough to actually follow, and thorough enough to hold up under audit.
After 20+ years leading HSE programs inside complex industrial operations, Molly started Evolve EHS to bring that same hands-on, regulation-tested approach to other organizations — working alongside your team, not around them.

Molly brings 20+ years of Health, Safety, and Environmental leadership within the ethanol manufacturing sector, most recently as HSE Manager at Valero Renewable Fuels, LLC. Her background spans OSHA and EPA compliance, Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Program (RMP) requirements, incident investigation, and safety culture development. She holds a B.S. in Physical Science (Chemistry emphasis) and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Dakota State University.
